Elevate ENT Partners Expands Presence in Louisiana
Elevate ENT accelerates statewide expansion with eight Louisiana acquisitions.

Elevate ENT Partners (“Elevate ENT”), a leading national management service organization (“MSO”) of ear, nose, and throat (“ENT”) practices, has finalized a partnership with Lafayette ENT and Hebert Medical Group in Louisiana. This marks Elevate ENT’s eighth partnership within the state since late 2023, reinforcing Elevate ENT’s commitment to supporting quality physicians as they expand their practices in the Louisiana market. Elevate ENT’s recent acquisitions include:
- Louisiana ENT and Sinus: Based in Baton Rouge with twelve board-certified otolaryngologists and fourteen advanced practitioner providers in six locations.
- Southern ENT Associates: Comprised of six board-certified otolaryngologists and nine advanced practitioner providers, across six locations in Thibodaux, Raceland, Houma, Morgan City, New Iberia, and Youngsville.
- Dakin ENT: Partnership with one board-certified otolaryngologist and one advanced practice provider, with locations in Opelousas and Lafayette.
- Doucet ENT: Partnership with one board-certified otolaryngologist and one advanced practice provider located in Lafayette.
- Noel ENT Clinic: Partnership with one board-certified otolaryngologist and four advanced practice providers with locations in Abbeville and Lafayette.
- ENT Associates of Northeast Louisiana: Partnership with two board-certified otolaryngologists and two advanced practice providers located in Monroe.
- Lafayette ENT Specialists: Comprised of three board-certified otolaryngologists and three advanced practitioner providers located in three locations in Lafayette, Lake Charles, and Vidalia.
- Hebert Medical Group: Partnership with one board-certified otolaryngologist and two advanced practice providers located in four locations in Eunice, Lake Charles, Jennings, and Lafayette.
