How To Login Your Portal Online

Step 1: Select the state of your ENT practice group

Step 2: Use the Username and Password provided by the practice. If you don’t have credentials, you can select use a mobile phone to identify yourself and log in.

*Note: You will be required to reset your password if it’s your first time logging in. Please follow the steps to verify and reset the password.

How To Access From the Healow App Select Your Preferred Option

Option 1

Step 1: Download the free Healow App and enter the requested patient details

Enter First Name, Last Name, and DOB → Continue → Click on Yes, I have Practice Code → Enter Practice Code → Verify your Practice → The app will send a code to the mobile on the account → verify code, and you will be logged in.

Option 2

Step 1: Download the free Healow App and enter the requested patient details.

Step 2: Enter the practice code. To access the code, look for the email titled “Patient Portal Access Information.” If you do not have the practice code, please search your provider or service location name.

Step 3: Log in using portal credentials or verify your account via text message or email.

*Note: If this is your first time logging in, you will need to reset your password. Please follow the steps for verification and resetting your password.

Step 4: Create a customized pin.
